10 Hidden Details You Never Noticed In Famous Movie Posters

3. Hiding In Plain Sight (Spectre)

Daniel Craig's fourth outing as womanising super-spy James Bond involved the shady criminal organisation known as Spectre, with its leader, Blofeld, revealing that he had been responsible for many tragic incidents throughout Bond's life.

Basically, Spectre was everywhere, lurking in the shadows, and hiding round every corner. And not just in the movie, either - the group also sneaked its way onto the poster.

The teaser poster for Spectre is a simple one, as teaser posters tend to be. It shows the movie's title against a pitch-black background, with the image of a bullet hole and some shattered glass situated in the middle.

For those unfamiliar with Bond lore, this shattered glass won't look like anything special, but for everybody else, it holds a hidden meaning. The shape of the glass - specifically, the cracks that are protruding from the bottom, like legs - is the exact same shape as the Spectre octopus logo.

There have been a few variations of this logo over the years, but all of them retain the same basic shape.

For an evil organisation full of terrorists and criminal masterminds, these guys sure do take their graphic design seriously!

He has been writing and video editing for 10+ years, and first got a taste for content creation after making his own Doctor Who trailers and uploading them to YouTube (they're admittedly a bit rusty by today's standards). If you need someone to recite every Doctor Who episode in order or to tell you about the making of 1988's Remembrance of the Daleks, Danny is the person to ask.
