10 Hidden MCU Details You Never Noticed

4. Ant Man - The Final Scene

It's hard not to look at the Ant-Man movies as a bit of a stop gap in the MCU. Compared to something like Civil War or Infinity War, the ongoing struggles of Scott Lang trying to juggle his home life and criminal record doesn't have nearly the same amount of stakes. Even though an entire film can be carried on the likability of Paul Rudd alone, the part that really got viewers intrigued was the final scene of his first movie.

After being called to meet with Luis to touch base about Ant-Man duties, we are treated to some of the greatest fast talking recap stories put to film, as Luis narrates every single minute before talking about Falcon looking for Scott. Though this was a neat way of tying Lang into the Avengers, the actual interesting part comes when we hear about Sam Wilson talking to an underground informant.

Before asking about "a guy that shrinks," the informant talks about being more specific, saying that she knows about a guy that swings and climbs up the walls as well. Though many might have gotten excited during Civil War's trailer, this was actually the first time any utterance of Spider-Man happened in the MCU. While things couldn't seem to get bigger for Marvel at this point, this little chunk hinted that things were just getting started.
