6. Kitty Kowalski (Superman Returns)
Parker Posey portrayed Kitty Kowalski in Superman Returns - indeed she was the only actress considered for the role (which doesn't exactly portray her in the best light, but moving on...). Kowalski is Lex Luthor's partner-in-crime; having met him in prison, she fell for Lex - mostly thanks to her annoying tendency to like having nice things bought for her - and became his unwitting ally. The reason for the use of the word "unwitting" is because she is too stupid, most of the time, to realise that she's a villain by association. She isn't a conscious villain at all. Stupidity being an annoying trait is what gets her on this list. Her one redeeming quality was that, when she realised that Lex's plot to terraform his own gigantic landmass would potentially kill billions of people, she threw the remaining crystals that were capable of doing that in to the ocean.
