6. Dumb And Dumber - Christopher Nolan Movie

While most recut trailers reimagine movies as belonging to completely different genres, some take things in a slightly different direction and place the emphasis on a certain director's style. In the case of this Dumb And Dumber re-cut, Christopher Nolan's Inception is the source of inspiration. Finding enough shots of the characters in Dumb And Dumber where they're not goofing around was probably a painstaking process, but the result is pretty impressive. Created by Andrew Fischer, it suggests a dark thriller in which Jim Carrey's Lloyd Christmas, "sick and tired of being a nobody," decides to do something about it. As the titles which appear on screen between shots state, "Attraction Can Go Too Far", and the appearance of the title falling into place like the blocks of the Inception trailer provides the icing on the cake.
