We thought we'd gotten away with it when that rumoured An American Werewolf In London remake was finally abandoned, years ago. But Hollywood just can't let go, and our werewolf remake comes in the form of this new version of Joe Dante's The Howling. Granted, The Howling is far from the classic that John Landis's lycanthrope masterpiece was, but it's a cult favourite all the same. There's an actual cult involved and everything. Emaji Entertainment have snapped up the rights to the creature feature, and are currently in the early stages of production. It'll be the first of many films from the fledgling production company, all said to be based on well-known properties. However things turn out for this iteration of The Howling, at least it can't be as bad as some of the original film's sequels. The Howling III: Marsupials, anyone? No, I thought not. Looking forward to any of these? Thought not. Share your thoughts down in the comments.
