4. Michael Myers (Halloween)
Michael Myers' reign of terror lasted for well over 20 years - albeit with interruptions in between during his incarceration. Although Myers took a lot of damage and was inhumanly strong, he didn't display the otherworldly abilities that someone like Jason Voorhees displayed over the course of the Friday the 13th series of movies. Essentially, although he kept going through gunshots and stab wounds, the fact is he
did take damage. This means he could have been obliterated with enough force and, due to the absurd amount of murders he committed, said amount of force should have been justified and administered. The police should have been called immediately whenever he appeared, their presence should have been much more widespread and higher in number than it was when he'd left a trail of bodies, and a series of bullets to his head should have been fired until there was no more head left to shoot at. How he managed to keep appearing in so many movies goes beyond the definition of ridiculous.
