Sensing they were on to a winner with LL Cool J's Ronny in Halloween H20, the producers of the franchise were quick to find another hip-hop heavyweight to join in the fun, which is how we ended up with Busta Rhymes as Freddie Harris, one of the central players in Halloween: Resurrection.

Freddie serves as this film's comedy relief, merging quotable one-liners with a sense of real-world arrogance and sleaziness, all of which makes him prime fodder for Michael Myers' blade. He's the mind behind DangerTainment, a live-stream website that shows people engaging in various dangerous activities, and his latest brainchild is to have people investigate the Myers House to try to uncover the secrets behind Michael's madness.

Not only is Freddie essentially profiteering off decades of slaughter, but he also fabricates new events that will occur during the DangerTainment live-stream, putting several people unknowingly in the path of a highly dangerous serial killer.

Freddie does eventually come face-to-face with Myers, who stabs him and leaves him for dead. Cut to a few minutes later, however, and Freddie bursts into the firing garage and proceeds to challenge Michael to fisticuffs. You've got to respect him for that...
