10 Horror Movie Puzzles You Would Never Survive
9. Who Is Who And Who Is You - Unknown (2006)
A puzzle of identities, this one is made slightly different by the fact that the people trapped together don’t just have to worry about external evil forces, but the potential for evil amongst themselves. It’s admittedly more of a thriller than a horror but I think we’ll all agree that the situation is suitably unnerving!
In this film, a group of men wake up in a room with no memory of how they got there or who they are. Some are bound, some are beaten, and as they all start to awaken the problem is introduced that maybe the group shouldn’t be helping everyone present.
A few people present could be dangerous, traitorous, they could even be gang members involved in putting everyone there in the first place. In this situation you wouldn’t only need to try to put the pieces together of your own memory, but also figure out who to help and trust and who to let die.
Memories are what make us who we are, and when we’re robbed of them our decision making becomes even harder as we have no precedent or ideas to help rationalise. Pair that with the anxiety that the people right next to you might be working against you but don’t know it yet, and things are bound to go south pretty quickly.
