10 Horror Movie Puzzles You Would Never Survive
4. Uncover Your Friends' Secrets - The Last Of Sheila
Let’s take a step back with this entry all the way to the groovy seventies. You know what isn’t so groovy though? Serial murder. That’s not very groovy at all.
A group of friends go on a reunion holiday boat trip, where they engage in a parlour game lasting a few days. Each participant is given a ‘fictional’ secret that they have to keep hidden from everyone else, whilst the aim of the game is to find out everyone else’s secrets.
This is all fun and games until members of the party start turning up dead, and these little ‘pretend’ secrets start hitting home a bit too hard. Unknown to each other, the friends start manipulating the cards and the game’s outcome in attempts to further their own interests, meaning that even if you thought you had the situation all figured out then you didn’t after all!
The phrase ‘with friends like this, who needs enemies’ comes to mind, as it comes to light that everyone has their own incredibly dark pasts and murderous tendencies. Should you be able to survive one person’s plans for the game then you could still succumb to another’s, and there’s a good chance that even if you came out physically unscathed, a secret about your past could be revealed in the process and render the rest of your life simply unliveable!
