10 Horror Movies That Had TWO Incredible Villains

9. Pinhead & Frank Cotton - Hellraiser

The Loved Ones
Universal

Though the marketing for the original Hellraiser unsurprisingly focused on Cenobite antagonist Pinhead (Doug Bradley), he's ultimately just one half of the villainous equation.

The movie's events are set in motion by the hedonistic pleasure-seeker Frank Cotton (Sean Chapman), whose physical form is torn apart at the start of the story.

Frank, now a ghoulish husk of his former self, spends the rest of the film convincing his former lover Julia (Clare Higgins) to lure unsuspecting men back to his home in order to drain their essence and restore his physical body.

On one hand Pinhead cuts a terrifying presence and is one of the most impeccably designed villains in the history of the horror genre - not to forget the presence of the other Cenobites, of course.

But on the other, Frank is a decidedly more insidious and skin-crawling sort, who even attempts to seduce his own niece, Kirsty (Ashley Laurence), and kill her when she rejects him. He is centrally preoccupied with resurrection, and doesn't care who he has to kill to get it.

Yet in a rare case of one villain killing another, Frank is ultimately foiled when Pinhead and the Cenobites rip him apart - again.
