After being hacked up by Corey Feldman in The Final Chapter, Jason Voorhees has gone to meet his maker and will never ever again rise from his slab to stalk comely female campers. Uh uh. Ain't gonna happen.

So when a killer in a hockey mask begins knocking off teenagers, it can only mean one thing - there's a copycat killer at large, but who can it be? Is it troubled teen Tommy Jarvis (John Shepherd)? Is it bug-eyed redneck Junior (Ron Sloan)? Or is it the casting agent, putting these amateurish thespians out of their misery?

Anyway, the killer is revealed as Ray, the ambulance driver (and Lou Ferrigno lookalike) who apparently flipped out after his estranged son was killed with an axe while fighting over a chocolate bar (don’t ask). This drove him to hack up the residents at a home for wayward kids, and hack he does – Part 5 has one of the series’ highest body counts.
