10 Iconic Comic Book Movie Moments Not In The Script

6. "Go F*** Yourself" - X-Men: First Class

Surely the most unforgettable moment in X-Men: First Class sees Charles Xavier (James McAvoy) and Magneto (Michael Fassbender) heading to a bar to try and recruit Wolverine (Hugh Jackman) to their team.

In his surprise cameo, Logan gruffly tells the duo, "Go f*** yourself", causing them to promptly leave the bar in a state of stunned amusement. Though the scene was always written to have Jackman giving the pair a crude dismissal, the script actually called for him to say, "F*** off."

Jackman felt it didn't quite have enough punch, so without telling his co-stars, he changed it to the peppier final line. As such, McAvoy and Fassbender's bemused reactions to the surprise dialogue change are totally genuine.

Presumably in reference to this, the follow-up, X-Men: Days of Future Past, has Xavier erroneously recalling that Logan told him to "F*** off."
