3. Batman's Cape
He has so many gadgets and toys that you could go with anything, but the one consistent thing that spanned the comics and movies was his cowl and cape. It instilled fear in criminals as he flung from rooftops, and in a few occasions lately he even uses it to fly/glide. If you read the comics or watch the cartoons more recent, the cape makes a very prominent appearance. While it used to be a staple, there aren't many heroes today that even use a cape, but he rocks it like Bond rocks a tuxedo. Speaking of Bond...
4. James Bond's Tuxedo
I'm proud to say I have seen every James Bond movie at least thrice. He's an icon, and so is Jimmy looking dashing in a slick tux. There are only two movies that he doesn't wear one. I've worn a tux like five times in my life, and two were for proms. I didn't even wear one at my own wedding. This guy must have a closet full of those things. Trivia: Did you know that any actor playing Bond is not allowed to wear a tuxedo in another film? That's what the Internet tells me, anyway.
