10 Iconic Scenes That Completely Overshadow Their Movies

2. Pulp Fiction €“ The Path Of The Righteous Man...

pulpfictionThe Scene: There are burgers, guns, some nonsensical stuff that doesn€™t pretend to resemble a plot and Samuel L Jackson shouting passages of the bible at wrong doers. Why It Overshadows The Movie: Like Inglourious Basterds, Pulp Fiction is really just a series of cool scenes told in no particular order for no particular purpose and like an article written by me isn€™t about much more than how clever it finds itself. This is the standout scene of this particular example of self-gratification and again is expertly written to the point where it manages to traverse simple ground about burgers into a tense interrogation scene that ends with a shootout. Jules€™ speech in here is the most famous part of the film, the image of him and Vincent pointing their guns adorns many a 15 year olds wall and is probably the best acting sequence of Samuel L Jackson€™s career right before the time he became a hipster version of Nicolas Cage. It€™s clever, it€™s funny and it brought the best out of its star whilst capturing imagery that will most likely last forever.
