6. Large Scale Ground Battles
One major feature which is lacking from A New Hope is the large scale ground battles which fans of the series now adore. Hoth, Endor, Naboo, Geonosis, Utapau, Scariff and Crait are all locations which have seen huge ground battles in the franchise.
These large scale sequences are incredible and are the perfect way to have an action scene in the film. These sequences also illustrate the unique qualities of the franchise.
The aforementioned planets all featured different quirks, which has made for a diverse range of battles, and once again Empire is the one to kick this off with the iconic Hoth sequence with the AT-ATs.
