10 Incredible F-Bombs Dropped In PG-13 Movies

5. Kong: Skull Island

You might think that a film about a gigantic ape battling monsters on an island in the middle of nowhere would be fill of F-Bombs and other colorful dialogue, but thanks to a PG-13 rating, the movie only got one.

This was one of those movies that could have thrown an F-Bomb pretty much anywhere, but the way it actually dropped it was nothing short of brilliant. A little way into the film, the main characters find an American serviceman played by John C. Reilly who has been marooned on the island for years.

When they discuss with him the various threats found throughout the island, he makes a reference to something he clearly despises. After they hear a sound off in the distance, he explains that there are ants that have learned to mimic birdcalls. With that, he simply says, “sounds like a bird, but it's a f**king ant.”

The best part of this line is that the movie never introduces any giant, evil, bird-sounding ants at all. The line wasn't really necessary, but it served to demonstrate just how dangerous Skull Island actually was. Sure, there's a gigantic ape, huge lizard monsters, but seriously... watch out for the "f**king ants!"
