9. The DHARMA Initiative Logo Appears At The Beginning Of Cloverfield

There are two types of Lost fan: those who hold the show in such high regard that it's akin to a sacred religion, and those who watched the first season, thought it was the best thing they'd ever seen, and then, like, stopped tuning in when none of the answers they wanted came.

No matter which type of fan you happen to be, if you've seen the show, you'll know what the DHARMA Initiative is. It's the show's shady scientific research project. And given that director J.J. Abrams is a man involved with both Lost and Cloverfield, it may come of no surprise that he slipped the DHARMA Initiative logo into Cloverfield, 'cause DHARMA probably had something to do with that giant lizard monster coming out of the ocean, huh? It's always easier to blame DHARMA.
