10 Incredibly Disturbing Horror Movie Moments

The ABCs of Death was a fantastic concept for a horror film. It took a considerable assortment of filmmakers from around the world with different styles and personality and gave them each a letter of the alphabet. They would then generate a word from this letter that would be the title for their short horror film, the only restriction being that it had to be about or feature death. It was successful enough to get a sequel, and that's where Zygote steps in.

Z is a tough letter to go with, but filmmaker Chris Nash did a wonderful - and disgusting - job with it. The short sees a pregnant woman refuse to give birth to her child until her husband returns. After thirteen years of waiting the baby inside her is now grown up, completely stretching out her belly to a ridiculous degree and even talking. Eventually, the child inside the mother disembowels her, throws all of her organs out and stretches herself into her mother's body wearing her skin.

If you're the kind of person that finds pregnancy uncomfortable, then this will be absolute nightmare fuel. But even without that this shockingly twisted short is utterly disturbing. There are plenty of horrible moments in ABCs of Death 2, but this one stands out.
