6. Ragnarok The Cyborg Thor Clone

During the Civil War storyline - Civil War #3 specifically - when the real Thor was missing in action and presumed dead, Tony Stark used one of his hairs, which he had retained from the very first meeting of the Avengers and - with help from Reed Richards and Henry Pym - clone the Asgardian DNA it contained and fused the resulting clone with Stark technology. The outcome of this process was a new, cyborg Thor, which was put into action during the superhero Civil War and sent to battle the anti-registration heroes. The clone possessed all of the powers of the Asgardian god and none of the humanity, which made it very dangerous. The likelihood of such a strange being coming in to existence on screen - even in a world as weird as the Marvel Cinematic Universe - seems very, very slim, as the concept is just too insane to pull off in live action.
