Robert Zemeckis' Who Framed Roger Rabbit is an endlessly inventive film, albeit one which apparently had even more ingenuity left on the cutting room floor, going by this infamous deleted scene.

After Eddie (Bob Hoskins), who is trying to clear the titular Roger Rabbit's name, is caught snooping around Jessica Rabbit's changing room and accused of being a panty thief, Judge Doom has him kidnapped and sent off to Toontown, which naturally terrifies the private investigator.

It's not known what exactly goes on in Toontown, just that when Eddie is released the next day, he has the head of a Toon pig covering his own. Eddie then takes a shower with Turpentine, which causes the pig face to melt away, shown to the audience in unexpectedly graphic detail at the foot of the bath, as it all swirls down the plughole.

How Toons have the ability to create their own Toons and attach them to humans will forever be a mystery. But the end result is quite disturbing, to say the least.
