2. Peter Dinklage Is Older Than Warwick Davis

Shockingly, Game of Thrones star Peter Dinklage is actually older than Star Wars vet Warwick Davis, with Dinklage having been born in June 1969 while Davis didn't enter the world until February 1970, eight months later.

While that's not a large chasm of time at all, it's still a bit of a brain-breaking statistic given how far apart in age the two dwarf actors appear to be.

This isn't at all to say that Davis looks old for his age, because he doesn't, but simply that he's been working from such a young age compared to Dinklage, who didn't achieve mainstream fame until scarcely a decade ago.

Indeed, Davis was just 11 years of age when he played Ewok Wicket in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi in 1983, since which he's enjoyed a long career as an actor appearing in fantasy classic Willow, the Leprechaun horror franchise, the Harry Potter movies, and beyond.

Dinklage's career, however, didn't take off until 2003 when, at the age of 33, he appeared in acclaimed indie drama The Station Agent and holiday comedy Elf, and almost another decade followed before he became a pop-culture icon as Tyrion Lannister in Game of Thrones.

And so, with that in mind it's easy to see why Davis seems so much older than Dinklage - he's been on our screens in huge IP for four decades, while Dinklage has pulled literally half that.
