2. Quentin Quire

Also known as Kid Omega, Quentin started out as a student at Xavier's School For Gifted Youngsters and seemed initially content to mope about girls and use his extraordinary psychic gifts to read other people's minds. However, when his parents told him he's adopted and a famous mutant fashion designer got killed, Quire adopted a much more rebellious persona and started a riot at the school. This villainous streak has persisted in Quire, and despite his many attempts to fight or even kill his teachers he's been allowed to stay on as a student. He would be a compelling character to portray onscreen due to his John Bender-like disdain for authoritarianism and omega-level mutant powers that make him a bitchy force to be reckoned with. He certainly beats Cyclops in the personality stakes, anyway.
