10 Life Lessons You Should Learn From Minions

5. Always Look Out For Each Other

Seeing the minions upset is almost more heartbreaking than seeing your own pet upset. The essence of a minion is childlike enthusiasm, and it's so sad when things don't go their way. It's good to have the back of your friends, because then they'll always have yours too. When Kevin returns from his stint as a purple mutant monster in Despicable Me 2, the love his minion friends layer upon him when he morphs back to his usual yellow self is adorable. The minions look out for each other, like true friends should do. If your friend is put down in front of everyone, cheer them back up again with a pat on the back. A bit of love always helps.

I love Stephen King and music festivals; I eat my toast upside down; I daydream about getting married probably a bit too much; and I wish every day for a pet sausage dog puppy (who never materialises – sob).
