10 Little Known Superheroes That Would Make Marvel Millions

2. Moon Knight

Moon Knight is essentially Marvel's version of Batman. For whatever reason, he just never reached the popularity of his DC counterpart. Now that the MCU is shining a light on more heroes, there is finally room for Moon Knight to find his niche.

Marc Spector is a mercenary with no superpowers. After a near-death experience, he is visited by the Egyptian God Khonshu, who agrees to give Spector a second chance if he agrees to be Khonshu's avatar on earth. Spector agrees and vows to give up his criminal ways and fight crime in Khonshu's name.

Spector is a wealthy man who trains himself to the peak of physical perfection and utilizes a variety of weapons to dish out justice. Where Moon Knight differs from Batman is that he displays more mental instability than the Dark Knight. Spector believes the lunar cycle gives him more power and he sometimes relies on different personalities to cope with emotional turmoil.

Superhero movie audiences have shown they prefer more multidimensional characters to old school hokey ones. The many layers and turmoils of Moon Knight make him a natural for the MCU.
