3. She Hulk

How is it we haven't seen more done with She-Hulk? Always a popular character, She-Hulk has all the makings of a successful MCU property. She is Bruce Banner's cousin and receives her powers through a blood transfusion from him. It's a good start when her origin story requires an Avengers tie-in. She also learns to control her She-Hulk transformations from Morbius, the aforementioned Living Vampire.

Consider the social commentary: A self-accomplished woman (she's a lawyer), Jennifer Walters initially struggles with her inability to control her transformation into a large, green-skinned...well...She-Hulk. When she can control the change, Walters chooses to permanently maintain her Hulk form despite the potential judgment of those who balk at the concept of a green, amazonian defense attorney.

She's beautiful, confident, tough as nails and a good role model for girls. She-Hulk may work better as a series, but the budget requirements may require going the motion picture route. Either way, She-Hulk has a ton of potential.
