7. Cloak And Dagger

Ty Johnson (Cloak) and Tandy Bowen (Dagger) were both teenage runaways in New York City when they met. The two were apprehended and forcibly dosed with a new form of synthetic heroin. The chemicals in the drug awoken latent superpower within the two teens. Ty finds himself surrounded by darkness (literally, not in an "emo" way) that is actually a "darkforce dimension". Tandy can project daggers of light and heal people, specifically from addictions.

After dubbing themselves Cloak and Dagger, the duo become drug-fighting vigilantes. With CGI effects being what they are now, Cloak and Dagger could be a stunning film or Netflix series. The impressive effects of C&D's powers with a gritty, street-level feel of Daredevil is a no-brainer.
