7. Siryn
Another character with a small cameo already under her belt in X2, Theresa Cassidy would be an excellent addition to the X-Men. Bringing Siryn into the fold would also allow Sean Cassidy (AKABanshee), to take his rightful place within the team.
In Black Tom, the man who raised her and Sean's brother, they have a ready-made foil for them to battle against, and where Black Tom Cassidy goes, so goes the Juggernaut...
Outside of that obvious family drama, there are plenty of ready-made tales from the vaults of Marvel, such as 'The Messiah Complex', which would see the X-Men team up with X-Force to save a newborn from the clutches of the Purifiers headed by Lady Deathstrike; or 'Divided We Stand', which would see a huge crossover involving the likes of X-Factor and a recast Wolverine come face to face with Arcade as he threatens to destroy Mutant Town.
Whatever route they decide to take with her, Siryn needs to be included in any future X-Men movies, preferably from day one.
