10 Most Lovable Bands Of Misfits In Movie History

3. The Avengers

With the Guardians getting an honorary mention, it was always just a matter of time before Joss Whedon€™s The Avengers made an appearance. Whedon unites characters who don€™t quite fit into everyday life €“ a genius billionaire who turned himself into a hero; a WWII veteran awoken in the 21st century; a god and a prince from Asgard; a scientist who transforms into a monster; and a Russian spy who€™s switched sides and joined S.H.I.E.L.D. Some of them have super powers, others don€™t, but all are willing to put their lives on the line for the sake of humanity, especially when Samuel L. Jackson€™s Nick Fury gives them something to avenge. Loki never stood a chance, even if it came at the devastation of New York.
