10 Major Concept Changes That Almost Happened In Comic Book Movies
9. Blackheart Was Almost A Lot Less Emo
Wes Bentley's Blackheart in the first Ghost Rider movie was like a wimpy emo teenager with an attitude problem - a far cry from the monstrous reality warping demon from the comics. While this concept art wasn't exactly close to the comic book version either, it would have been a hell of a lot better than the one we got. Miles Tevez's art showed Blackheart as a frightening white-haired humanoid with blue veiny skin and sharp teeth. In this form, he would certainly have not been able to pass himself off as human like emo-Bentley did and he certainly would have been more believable as a threat to Nicolas Cage's titular hero.
