10 Marvel Characters That Should Be Made Female In The Movies

7. Mr. Sinister

Between his obsession with the bloodline of the Summers family and the fact that he's capable of cloning, creating, enhancing, and controlling mutants, Mr. Sinister is one of the best X-Men villains of all-time. He was also created by Apocalypse, and while there haven't been any reports about his being in next year's X-Men: Apocalypse, it's possible! If Bryan Singer decides against using the villain, he's missed a huge opportunity, but keeping Mr. Sinister a "Mr." would also be something of a waste thinking about it. In the comics, Miss Sinister is created by him to act as a fail-safe in the event of his death, but she goes on to develop her own personality and motivations. There's really no need to head in that overly complicated direction though. Just change the gender of Mr. Sinister and add another much needed strong female character to this franchise at the same time. This would be an interesting and unexpected move. Throw in the fact that Miss Sinister is an actual character would stop fans from complaining about Singer not following the comic books as he has so often failed to do during his tenure as X-Men director.
