2. Missing Character Origins

The likes of Wonder Woman, Cyborg and Aquaman - key heroes in their own rights in DC's comics - are all going to be appearing for the first time in Batman Vs Superman: Dawn of Justice. This is reminiscent of Black Widow and Hawkeye first appearing in Iron Man 2 and Avengers respectively (we can't really count Hawkeye's cameo in Thor as a true first appearance) and what has happened with those two characters is that we still barely know anything about them - and that's not a good thing. Denying important characters an origin movie and introducing them in a movie where they are playing second fiddle to other heroes is a bad move - but we already know DC are going down that route with several of them. And this relates very much with our final point...
