10 MORE Actors Who Played Multiple Roles In The MCU

In Captain America: The First Avenger, Kenneth Choi plays Morita; one of the Howling Commandos that assists Cap during his missions. Because this film took place in the 1940s, viewers naturally assumed we wouldn't see Morita appearing in the films that take place in modern era

But when Choi was cast in Spider-Man: Homecoming, fans speculated he would be portraying a relative of Morita. Although fan theories are usually bogus, this one was spot on.

When Peter Parker receives detention, we see him speaking to Principal Morita in his office. If you look in the background, you can see a photograph of Jim Morita on the wall. Since the shot is brief, its easy to miss but die-hard fans will appreciate this Easter egg that proves the two characters are connected. Even though the principal is officially referred to as Jim's 'ancestor', it's safe to assume he's his grandson, considering the time period.

So, not only is Kenneth Choi one of the few MCU actors to portray different characters in two time periods, he's the only actor that portrays the grandson of another character he played.
