As he tries to force his way into the store where they're holed up, Charlie does the only thing he can - he runs into the doorway and tackles Fish Fingers back outside.

The other survivors swiftly slam the door shut, and in case there was any doubt about Charlie's subsequent fate, we then see a large pool of blood seep underneath the door, much to the group's collective horror.
