Tom Six's Human Centipede movies are nothing if not a tough watch. Some think the films are brilliant, depraved 'fun'. Others think the three pictures are absolute trash. Either way, there's plenty of stomach-turning sequences throughout all three offerings.

When it comes to The Human Centipede 2 (Full Sequence), it's Katherine Templar's Rachel who experiences a horrific fate.

By the time this sequel concludes, Rachel is pretty much the only survivor after Martin (Laurence R. Harvey) has embarked on his mission to recreate the twisted centipede concept seen in the first Human Centipede movie.

With The Human Centipede 2 taking place in a world where The Human Centipede exists as a movie, Martin copies that film in a truly sick and twisted way. And for Rachel - who is pregnant - she unfortunately becomes part of the 12 people selected to make up Martin's centipede.

In a twist of fate, Rachel is actually discarded after Martin believes she's died. Slumped in a corner, Templar's character has to watch the rest of the group have their lips stapled to asses, are injected with a laxative, and then she witnesses Martin wrap his d*ck in barbed wire and rape one of his victims.

If that wasn't grim enough, Rachel manages to make her escape to a nearby car - where she goes into labour, gives birth, then accidentally runs over her newborn and crushes its skull.
