8. Dr. Frank-N-Furter & Riff Raff - The Rocky Horror Picture Show
Though there's been plenty of spirited debate over the years over who the real villain is in The Rocky Horror Picture Show, we can all agree it's Dr. Frank-N-Furter (Tim Curry), right?
A seductive alien murderer and abuser oughta do it, for as charming as Tim Curry's performance is and as catchy as all the damn songs are, Frank-N-Furter is plenty monstrous in his own right.
Yet he's not the only baddie in sight - it'd be impossible to ignore his hunchbacked butler Riff Raff (Richard O'Brien), who while an undeniable accomplice to Frank's actions, is also decidedly more sympathetic due to very clearly being fed up of Frank's, well, everything.
Though this could also extend to Riff Raff's sister Magenta (Patricia Quinn), it's Riff Raff who genuinely graduates to great villain status when he murders Frank in cold blood at the end.
On one hand we get it, but on the other, killing the bigger villain doesn't make Riff Raff a hero by any means.
