It's always rewarding to see a movie bully get their comeuppance. However, it's more gratifying when the bully receives the exact punishment they tried to bestow onto their victim.

Which brings us to Pet Sematary II. 

In this supernatural sequel, teenager Jeff Matthews moves to the hometown of his deceased mother, though he has a hard time adjusting, largely due to local ruffian Clyde and sadistic sheriff Gus.

During one run-in, Clyde attempts to slice Jeff's face using the wheel spokes of his bike. Luckily, Gus shows up in the nick of time and sends Jeff on his way. To give Clyde a taste of his own medicine, though, Gus places the back tire of his motorcycle in front of the bully's face and revs the engine.

Although Gus is trying to scare him, Clyde's scarf gets caught in the spoke, causing the tyre to split his head open. Even though it was an accident, it's hard to feel bad for Clyde, considering he was mocking Jeff's dead mother earlier.

On top of that, Clyde is brought back as a murderous zombie, urging Jeff to burn him to ash.

Clyde is a complete nitwit, which is why it's enjoyable to watch him die, not once but twice.
