10 More Incredible Movie Scenes Shot In A Single Take

2. The Entire Movie - Boiling Point

Philip Barantini's British drama follows head chef Andy Jones working in his restaurant on the busiest day of the year. After his business loses its 5-star rating for Health and Safety, Andy does everything he can to get things back on track. Due to workers butting heads, difficult customers, and Andy's drug addiction, everything quickly descends into chaos.

Although Birdman was praised for simulating a one-take movie, Boiling Point pulls it off for real. The 92-minute film was shot four times, with the third take being used for the final product.

Not only is this a towering feat in its own right, it's incredible how this was achieved in such a cramped set. Camera and sound operator Kiff McManus explained in an interview how it was a nightmare to hide the boom operator and assistants, knowing their visibility would ruin the take, forcing everything to be reset.

Amazingly, the single-take style never feels like a gimmick. Since viewers don't get a moment to rest, it feels like they are going on this journey alongside Andy and his employees, making it feel more relatable (and far more stressful).
