10 More Movie Post-Credits Scenes That Went Absolutely Nowhere

4. Bison Chooses World Domination - Street Fighter

You may have thought the Hitman movies were victims of the supposed video game curse, but they were nothing compared to Street Fighter. The 1994 film holds just 11% on Rotten Tomatoes, and is widely regarded as one of the worst video game adaptations in an industry filled with poor video game adaptations.

With Jean-Claude Van Damme as Guile, Kylie Minogue as Cammy, and Ming-Na Wen as Chun-Li, there are very, very few positives to take from the film. The only aspect that could possibly be enjoyed was Raul Julia's performance as the villainous M. Bison; his last role before his death prior to the movie's release.

When the credits began, audiences were led to believe that Bison had perished, only for the post-credits scene - something completely ahead of its time in the early '90s - to confirm that he was alive. The computer rebooted, Bison's hand burst through the floor in the most cliché way you can imagine, and he selected 'world domination'.

Of course, neither Bison nor Street Fighter ever returned. There was no sequel to speak of, which is unsurprising taking into account the film's woeful reception, even in spite of rumblings of a return in 2003. Thankfully, Street Fighter has largely been kept to the world of video gaming ever since.
