10 Most Absurd Forgotten Moments In Star Wars History

9. The Rather Strange Threepio/Han Back-And-Forth - Episode VI: Return Of The Jedi

The loveable scamp that was Han Solo didn't exactly have the most loving of relationships with the protocol droid often found telling him the odds and p*ssing off his Wookiee pal.

But even with that in mind, it's often overlooked just how bizarre the pair's exchange midway through Return of the Jedi was and still is today when enjoying a revisit of Episode VI.

With the one-time potential Ewok meal using C-3PO to communicate with the little furry forces of nature on Endor after making peace with the alien species, Han proceeds to consistently cut off the neurotic droid with additional blunt requests before he has a chance to chat with their hosts.

Solo's final words of "hurry up, will you. I haven't got all day!" after grabbing hold of Threepio were clearly designed as an attempted "what is he like?" moment of comedy. But in the end, this odd back-and-forth just comes across as a bit jarring, and makes Han actually look like a bit of a d*ck, in all honesty.

Maybe this was just Harrison Ford's real-life frustrations at being forced to remain amongst the living as Solo seeping into his delivery. Or just another example of poorly written Lucas dialogue. Either way, you've likely forgotten just how much this rather unfunny piece of droid bullying sticks out for all the wrong reasons.
