When The Penguin enacts his play to take over as mayor of Gotham City, it starts with causing some dissent. His plan: to initiate a riot at the Christmas ceremonies and pin the blame on the mayor, all the while kidnapping businessman Max Shreck. To do this, he enlists his cronies, the Red Triangle Circus Gang. Featuring the likes of Poodle Lady and The Fat Clown, these henchmen were a mismatched bunch befitting of the 1966 TV series. They pranced around laughing while causing wanton chaos and destruction. If they just went about their business, they might be forgotten about, but their acrobatics and boastful performances as they lay into Gotham just make them all insufferable. To top things off, when not out on the streets, the band of freaks spent their time in the sewers, doing cruel things like arming penguins with explosives. They might not say much, and their presence might have been limited but if that poodle yaps one more time...
