2018's Halloween was a breath of fresh air for fans. Serving as a direct sequel to John Carpenter's 1978 original, it was well received by its audience and critics alike (a rare feat these days), and with the same cast and director returning, hopes are high for the follow up.

Jamie Lee Curtis and Judy Greer return as Laurie and Karen Strode, mother/daughter duo, and targets to the ever-persistent (and world’s biggest William Shatner fan) Michael Myers.

The David Gordon Green directed Halloween (2018) did a better job at exploring Laurie Strode’s lingering psychological issues from being pursued by the mask-wearing killer than any other thrown-out sequel has before. With Green and co-writer Danny McBride returning for Halloween Kills, we hope this softer approach is continued in the seqel-- along with all the terrifying slasher kills, of course.

Expected to release October 15 for US/UK theatres, we’ve got our fingers crossed that Halloween Kills doesn’t get delayed again.
