A Quiet Place became an instant critical and commercial success when it released in 2018.
John Krasinski returns to direct and write Part 2, and Emily Blunt, Millicent Simmonds, and Noah Jupe return as the Abbot family, who are forced to venture outside their home in the sequel. Cillian Murphy and Djimon Hounsou join the cast for Part 2, and Krasinski even makes an appearance in flashbacks.
Widely praised for the on-point execution of its unique concept, Part 2 looks to explore the wider post-apocalyptic world of A Quiet Place's universe, while still giving it's story heart by having a narrow focus on one family's struggle.
