10 Most Beautiful Movie Meals That Will Make Your Mouth Water

2. Pan's Labyrinth

A proper Spanish feast here in Guillermo Del Toro’s classic movie set in the Spanish Civil War.

Huge hams, grapes, and carafes of wine are just some of the delectable looking dishes upon the table. The catch? The young star of the movie, Ofelia, can’t eat any of it. Somehow, the paintings of the pale man (who is sitting at the end of the table) eating children etched into the ceiling don’t deter her though, and she can’t resist taking a single, solitary grape.

It’s when she takes that grape, all hell breaks loose. The pale man awakens, the fairies go mad, and Ofelia somehow doesn’t notice this weird bloke slotting his eyes into his hands.

Thanks to the fairies, she snaps out of her trance and manages to escape this slow-witted but terrifying character, but only just. It’s a tense few moments in arguably the scariest scene in Pan’s Labyrinth.
