7. Thanos Chokes The Life Out Of Loki - Avengers: Infinity War
Similar to what he did in The Dark World, Loki tried to trick Thanos by swearing his allegiance to him. However, as soon as the God of Mischief tried to stab the Mad Titan with his dagger, Thanos used the Infinity Stones to impede Loki's movement. What came next was a scene right out of a horror movie.
In Avengers: Infinity War, Loki died in a similar fashion to Vision; as in, at the hands of Thanos. Unlike Vision, though, Loki is blood and flesh. Thanos chokes Loki and crushes his windpipe so hard that he dies in seconds.
Adding further impact to this moment, the camera just lingers on Loki as the life in his eyes slowly gets away from him. His face looks paler and paler with every second, and his eyes, nose, and mouth bleed from the pressure of Thanos’ huge grip. The last sound heard is the crack of bone.
Just to make the scene even more uncomfortable, Loki’s corpse is dropped in front of Thor, clear as day for the audience to see.
