Being privy to a den of villains is never a comforting thought, and this scene is a horrifying example of that. The segment shows how this story's villains are truly horrifying, as death surrounds them even in casual settings.
It comes during The Deathly Hallows Part 1 and shows Voldemort and his Death Eaters meeting to discuss their plans and the whereabouts of Harry Potter. However, it's soon revealed that a guest resides in the meeting, Charity Burbage, a professor at Hogwarts.
After some discussion, Voldemort brings the unlucky teacher down the table, and she begs Severus - who she calls her friend - to help her, to which he looks on emotionless. She is then met with the killing curse and put out of her misery.
The maliciousness of holding an innocent person in suspended air and frightening her until mercilessly ending her life, all while sitting calmly in a meeting, is a pure example of how evil Voldemort and his subordinates are.
