10 Most Embarrassing Film Debuts From The Marvel Cinematic Universe Cast
1. Robert Downey Jr. - Pound
Based on an off-Broadway production from the 60s, the basic premise of Pound is as ridiculous as it is oddly brilliant: Human actors play the parts of dogs who are awaiting the opportunity to be adopted from an animal shelter. It's like Cats, but much bleaker and without any fanciful songs. So...not like Cats at all, really.
Robert Downey Jr. was just five-years-old when he debuted as the new "puppy" being brought into the pound.
The first thing to note: Upon his introduction to the rest of the dog people, some weird looking chap in a cowboy hat cups and squeezes little RDJ's butt for an extremely uncomfortable amount of time. He really gets in there. It's unsettling.
The second thing to note: His only spoken line in the movie is asking a bald man-dog, "Have any hair on your balls?"
The third thing to note: His day, Robert Downey Sr., wrote and directed the movie.
