If you're a Kevin Hart fan then you're probably familiar with the legend simply known as Uncle Richard Jr. If not, then allow us to fill you in. Kevin first brought his Uncle to mainstream attention with his stand-up special Seriously Funny. To put it plainly; Uncle Richard spent over fifteen years in prison and now that he's home he doesn't exactly know how to act. All of his mannerism, the way he speaks and the way he behaves is still very much influenced by his time spent in jail. For instance; Richard Jr. does not simply threaten a person in the same way that you or I would. Rather, he makes unambiguous threats such as threatening to peel your "muffin cap back blue". What the hell does that mean exactly? Who knows. In another stand-up special Kevin talks about the time Richard Jr. came to his mother's funeral (who had just died of cancer) and threatened to kill whoever was responsible for her death.
