4. The Praetorian Guard Fight - The Last Jedi
During their earlier fight on this list, Rey and Kylo opposed each other. Here, they fight on the same side.
After Kylo betrays and murders Supreme Leader Snoke, his former master's guards turn on the pair. Their weapons, despite not being lightsabers, can counter Rey and Kylo's blows. The two unify the Force, with the Light Side and the Dark Side of the Force coming together take on the Praetorian Guards.
The fight, while epic, also begs the question of what's going to happen in Episode IX. For this brief moment, it seems like Kylo Ren has turned, and he and Rey are on the same side. With Snoke dead and Kylo redeemed, this leaves the villain void empty until Kylo reverts back to the Dark Side once more.
While most Star Wars movies have a climactic lightsaber duel towards the end, Last Jedi, true to form, subverts this trope. Rather than a typical lightsaber duel, director Rian Johnson cleverly switches up the formula, instead giving us this lightsaber multi-battle, which is far more epic than another Rey vs. Kylo fight would have been.
