7. Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky (1991)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8vMKN1tYknE One of the better-known films on this list, Riki-Oh: The Story of Ricky does appear to at least be aware of its own ridiculousness, and the hilarious dubbing throughout surely compounds that fact. This one gets weirdly awesome pretty fast; once the bad guy, Oscar, lunges at Ricky, he smacks him on the back of the head with such violent force that, yes, one of his eyeballs pops out, shown to us in glorious, full-on close-up, before some birds flock over to eat it. But that's not the scene's oddest moment; then Oscar gets down on his knees, cuts his stomach open, pulls his intestines out and tries to strangle Ricky, as this is apparently the easiest method for the two of them to "die together". Watch out for the spectator who enthusiastically exclaims "You've got a lot of guts, Oscar!". In one genuinely awesome moment, Ricky hurls Oscar, then punches him in the skull as he lands - complete with a hyper-cool X-ray vision shot - totally shattering his face.
