10 Most Hilariously Terrible Yet Weirdly Awesome Movie Fight Scenes

6. Kill Switch (2008)

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ypMTI6FwCUU This one might be a little bit of a cheat, given that it barely qualifies as a fight scene, but it's so awful yet hilarious and awesome that it had to make the list anyway. Steven Seagal's Kill Switch - a particularly terrible straight-to-video vehicle, even for his subterranean standards - has the "actor" on typically low-energy form these days, bloated and struggling through awkward dialogue, that is, until something truly amazing happens. Seagal's character attempts to arrest an assailant, who enthusiastically refuses, so Seagal, in what can only be termed a shining example of excessive force, kicks the chump out of a fourth-story window, to what is surely an agonising, painful death. What's most hilarious, though, is the near-dozen shots of the baddie flying out of the window, making Michael Bay's frantic editing seem judicious and restrained by comparison. Watch carefully as a number of shots are carelessly repeated, as though we wouldn't notice...And when the guy finally hits the floor, the tackiness is enhanced by the cheesy jazz music and Seagal's tasteless quip, "Looks like he got the hiccups, somebody get that guy a glass of water". Brilliant.
